If C A J Services Ltd are already on site and asbestos is discovered then as licensed contractors we can do the relevant paperwork which is a legal requirement to inform the HSE prior to removal safely and correctly under safe working conditions using the correct methods and precautions. We will then dispose of correctly at a site that will accept asbestos material.

Alternatively if removal is not required we could keep an up to date record of location and condition of the ACMs (asbestos containing materials) or presumed ACMs in your property. Thus enabling you to use the property and rest easy that if any future work is to be done we can inform you where and state of any asbestos.
